notes:
Please note we are not able to accommodate any pets and there is
a strict non-smoking policy in the house and garden.
Lettings are from Saturday (5.00 p.m.) to Saturday (10 a.m).
Cleaning: Please leave the house as you found it. Our housekeeper
will wash the sheets, vacuum and dust at the end of the week.
Any extra work required by the cleaner will be deducted from the
deposit at the rate of 20 Eur per hour..
All linen is provided. Please bring your own towels.
Cheques should be made payable to L Isaacson.
Changes: Once a booking has been confirmed, an amendment fee of
£20 will be charged for any alteration of booking date.
Bookings from persons under 18 years of age are not accepted.
***The 25% deposit which is required to confirm a booking is non-refundable.
You are advised to take out travel insurance with a cancellation
clause, which may enable you to recover non-refundable monies.
Security/damage deposit £200 paid with the balance, 8weeks
before arrival, but returnable within a month ifeverything is in
