These are held on Tuesday evenings, 6.15-7.45 and Friday mornings 9.45-11.15 at St Andrews United Reform Church, Bridle Road, Eastcote. There is ample free parking or 10 minutes walk from Eastcote station. All levels are catered for, with an emphasis on personal tuition. Click here for directions. Lesley is able to offer private tuition on a 1-2-1 basis. Lesley is trained to provide specialist yoga for those suffering with lower back pain.
